The primary objective of the Construction Division is to provide construction management services to the commercial and residential sides of our business. The construction activities include new construction and renovations, ranging from $3,500 to $10,000,000. 

Our services include selection of design professionals, value engineering, development of bid documents, contractor prequalification, contract negotiations and administration.

Selecting the right contractor for a particular project is a critical step in a successful project. We pride ourselves in preparing clear and specific scopes of work allowing contractors the opportunity to provide the most competitive proposals. The selection process does not stop at reasonable bids. Post bid interviews are conducted to ensure that an error in the bid process does not produce an artificially low number. During this process, the highest level of confidentiality is maintained, ensuring a high level of integrity throughout the bid process.

The same level of detail and professionalism is carried forward to the construction process. Our experienced and expert project managers work to coordinate between the contractor and property  management Team to ensure a successful project for both. With Our Quality of service, We only offer and provide Upgrade Options which is a standard service, from us, to you, the client. Therefore, our by-laws restrict us from purchasing linoleum flooring, vinyl siding, laminated countertops and pressed wood cabinetry. Since, these items add no true value to your property. 

Together with the client, we generate ideas on how to best represent your plan(s) and desire(s) by providing a visual perception with pictorial images, which is much easier to establish the client desire(s). We've learned that clients identify with images and not construction terminology...
